The collective card comes from the year alone, so everyone shares it. Your personal year card adds your birthday: month + day + 2030, then add the digits of the total. Think of the collective card as the weather and your personal card as the coat you need for it.

Example, April 15: 4 + 15 + 2030 = 2049, 2 + 0 + 4 + 9 = 15, so the card is The Devil.
